Lazy old me didn't make it down to Westport today, but Nick Smith as always never fails, highlights were, 34 Mute Swans, 40 Tufted Ducks, hybrid CanadaxGreylag, Grey Heron, 3 Common Sandpiper, 'Sammy' Shoveler, 2 Pochard, 2 Treecreeper, Great Crested Grebe 18, 2 birds with 1+ young on main lake, 2+2 on model boating lake with bird sitting still, 2 birds sitting on main lake, 6 Sand Martin, 2 Stock Dove, 10 Swallow, 20 House Martin, 2 Great Spotted Woodpecker, Grey Wagtail, Buzzard, family party of Wren + 2 families of Blackcap and one of Whitethroat, 3+ Bullfinch top pool with at least one juvenile.
